The goal of this blog is to explore the process of creating postmodern paintings at that "marvelous and surreal" place -- interstices where Realism and Abstraction meet . . . I will post my new digital paintings and INI works and collaborate with my INIST colleagues on new INI fotopoesia . . . to explore the connection between poetry and painting . . . to nurture intellectual curiosity and artistic growth through dialogue with other artists and poets . . .

the next painting . . . I worked on Robert Philippo's beautiful photo of a butterfly in his garden . . . and performed an INI fotointerferencia or what also call an INI fotopoesia . . . one of more could be a painting in oil or acrylic . . .
